Against the Vampire Conspiracy

You have a lead that could help your group of burned & busted former spies and criminals (that we call Operators) undermine the Vampire Conspiracy you all believe is behind much of what is wrong with the world today. 

A career of doing dangerous and dubious things for shadowy organisations has left the Operators scarred and, frankly, not always very nice people who may be carrying a lot of baggage. 

After character generation based on answering 4 questions we'll begin in media res, flashing back to find out what else you know about the situation you're stepping into. Then we'll play to find out exactly how valuable this lead is and whether you end up feeling you'd have been better off never following it ... 

No experience necessary - rules will be taught.

CONTENT WARNING: Adult and horror themes WILL be encountered. This is a game about the supernatural; about merciless monsters intent on doing humanity harm, and their cruel and venal human pawns. It is intended to be rich in darkness & foreboding. Players should expect Vampires and their Lore; Horror; Gore; Risk to loved ones and Tensions between characters (but NOT PvP!)

SAFETY TOOLS: To make sure everyone has a good time we'll be using a set of layered safety tools, the use of which I'll explain. I'll come with some starting Lines & Veils, which players will be able to add to, while the X-Card and an Open Door will also be in play. However, it will NOT be possible to Line or Veil the material outlined in the CONTENT WARNING … make sure you come prepared for that!
