The people of Mars are revolting! Several groups have seized control of the city centre, putting up barricades and aerial cables to keep the Sky Guard out. They demand..lots of different things.

Mayor Kathy Clemens wants a peaceful resolution before the Vice-Roy orders the army to storm the barricades. Miss Margaret Walcott, Mars’ pre-eminent (and only) consulting detective, has been commissioned to find out who is behind this uprising and what they actually want, and she has sent in her trusted associates to figure things out.
