Exhibiting at UK Games Expo
UK Games Expo (UKGE) is the largest Hobby Games Convention in the UK - where all aspects of the gaming hobby are represented under one roof.
In 2026, it will be held from 29th May to 31st May, with an exhibitor setup day on Thursday 28th May. It will be held in the UK's largest convention centre, The National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham and the Hilton Hotel. The show will be held in Halls 1, 2, 3, 3a and 4.
Bookings for 2026 are now temporarily suspended as space is almost gone. We have started a waiting list. To be added to this list please email bookings@ukgamesexpo.co.uk.

Art, craft, food, clothing and other vendors
UK Games Expo is primarily a tabletop games convention. We only accept a certain number of craft, art, memorabilia, collectibles, food and beverage and other accessories vendors. As of 4th December 2025 we are currently FULL for exhibitors selling and exhibiting products that are not games. If you apply you will be placed on a waiting list for available space.
