This year, UKGE is hosting the Bastion Indie Market, a brand‑new indie games showcase inspired by events like Tokyo Game Market and the Indie Games Night Market at PAX. It’s a space dedicated to independent, small‑run creations: games that might only ever exist in batches of 30, handmade projects, and the wonderfully unusual designs that sit at the fringes of our shared hobby.

We’re not looking for upcoming retail releases or previously crowdfunded titles. Instead, we want the passion projects, the personal experiments, the games you’ve crafted at home and want to share with others.

We’re seeking 20–30 UK‑based designs from across the hobby - complete, playable games you’re excited to put into the hands of fellow gamers.

The Indie Market aims to support and encourage the UK indie scene by giving creators a place to showcase their work without a large financial commitment.

It’s a two‑hour event on the Saturday evening of UKGE, where small‑run designers can sell limited copies of their games directly to Expo visitors.
