Flyer and Off Stand promotion Policy

Traders and exhibitors including the Cosplay groups may hand out fliers at their stands but not away from their stands.

I.E We do not allow the Traders - or anyone else - to wander the show giving out flyers. The only exhibitors who are allowed to do this are Major and Associate Sponsors.

We do have a range of promotional and marketing options available - both online and at the show.
