What to do if you have a problem, grievance or complaint:

In advance of UKGE please use our contacts page to let us know about any problems.

At UK Games Expo itself Any visitors who encounter an event or experience that causes distress or discomfort or makes them feel unsafe or threatened are in the first instance advised to report the matter to the UKGE Front desk team, to any of our Yellow Shirt Volunteers, to our Green Shirted Team Leaders or to the Blue Shirted Ambassadors all of which will attempt to resolve the matter.

Exhibitors should approach Keith Thomasson (Trader Liaison) or John Dodd (Front of House Manager) at the show.

Volunteers have their own procedures and policy.
