What do we mean by Audio Visual?
Audio/Visual generally refers to any kind of video or audio equipment you might need for your stand. This can include a TV on a stand, speakers, and laptops to multiscreen displays costing thousands of pounds.
You have four choices for sourcing this kit :-
- You can bring your own equipment
- You can hire it from a third-party supplier
- You can hire it from UKGE's suppliers Q3 Exhibitions (see below)
- You can hire it directly from the NEC (see below)
All of these options are acceptable, but you should ensure your equipment has been PAT tested.
