Exhibitor car parking

The NEC has installed a new APNR based parking system that REQUIRES you to pre book your parking. Please note that if you do not pre-book then you will likely incur a parking charge from the NEC.

How many passes do I get?

If your stand is 19 sqm or less you get 1 car park pass plus one for each co-exhibitor.

If your stand is between 20 sqm and 39sqm you you get 2 car park pass plus one for each co-exhibitor.

If your stand is between 40 and 59 sqm you you get 3 car park pass plus one for each co-exhibitor.

If your stand is between 60 and 80 sqm you you get 4 car park pass plus one for each co-exhibitor.

If your stand is between 80 and 99 sqm you you get 5 car park pass plus one for each co-exhibitor.

If your stand is over 100 sqm you you get 6 car park pass plus one for each co-exhibitor.

We cannot emphasize how important it is for you to pre-book your parking in order to obtain free parking.

In order to book your parking follow the proceedure below.

• Obtain a parking code (the NEC call this a promo-code). Access/Parking
• This page lists yours stands and the maximum number of codes you can claim. Please only claim ones you will be using for your staff. They are not for general distribution.
• Your codes will be issued immediately on the page and you can use them on the NEC parking page - link provided on the same page. Once you have prebooked you can park after unloading and the barrier will allow you to exit on the Sunday for no charge.
