UKGE 2027: Exhibitor Bookings At Essen Spiel
Planning to exhibit at UK Games Expo 2027? We are already making preparations for next year’s show, and there are several ways to get in touch with the UKGE team and start planning your participation.
Meet the UKGE Team at Essen Spiel
If you are attending Essen Spiel this October, come and meet the UK Games Expo team to discuss your plans for UKGE 2027.
Our full team will be available on the UKGE stand to discuss your requirements, answer questions and talk through the opportunities available to exhibitors.
Appointments are available on:
- Thursday 22 October
- Friday 23 October
- Saturday 24 October
- Sunday 25 October, morning only
To arrange an appointment, email admin@ukgamesexpo.co.uk with your preferred date and time. The team will then confirm your appointment or offer an alternative time if your preferred slot is unavailable.
UKGE 2027 Exhibitor Bookings
Can't make it to Essen Spiel? Don't worry. Our UKGE 2027 Exhibitor Guide will be released soon and will contain all the information you need to help you prepare your booking request.
The exhibitor booking link will be available through the Exhibit section of the UK Games Expo website from Thursday 1 October.
Please use the online booking form when bookings open rather than emailing your booking request, as emailed bookings may be missed.
All bookings will be processed after the UKGE team returns from Essen Spiel. This process may take several weeks, so please bear with us while we work through applications.
Important: Existing Exhibitors
Please note that UK Games Expo does not automatically rebook your stand for you. If you want to exhibit at UKGE 2027, you will need to book with us at Essen Spiel or through the online application form once bookings open.
Sponsorship Renewals
If you had a sponsorship package with UK Games Expo and would like to renew it for 2027, or would like to discuss new sponsorship opportunities, please contact the team by Sunday 25 October.
Incumbency
Existing exhibitors who wish to retain their stand location for UKGE 2027 should let us know by the end of Essen Spiel on Sunday 25 October.
While we will always aim to accommodate requests for existing stand locations, spaces are allocated according to our exhibitor allocation process and therefore locations cannot be guaranteed.
