Delivering to the venue
Can I get my products delivered to the venue?
You can arrange direct delivery to the NEC but it MUST arrive on
- Wednesday 2 June 2027 between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm
- Thursday 3 June 2027 from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
In both cases, the delivery vehicle will need to book into the NEC Voyage Control System. Link to be added in the new year.
- If deliveries arrive before exhibitors are present, they will be refused access.
- The NEC will not store your delivery.
Wednesday Deliveries
If a delivery is planned on the Wednesday, contact production@ukgamesexpo.co.uk who will give you a code to use on that system.

Need some help?
The third-party companies below, can provide logistics services to ensure your games arrive at the NEC in time for setup. They can also arrange for the return transportation of your games at the end of the event. Additionally, they should be able to offer advice on any relevant customs charges.
