BattleTech Grinder

The BattleTech Grinder is a casual, competitive event great for all ability levels where players pilot one mech at a time. 

The idea of the Grinder is that players start with a simple, small mech that uses basic weapons and rules. When you die you get a bigger, better mech as it were that has increasingly more complicated and powerful weapons and rules. 

This way players are introduced to the vast rules of tabletop Battletech over time.

The event runs throughout the weekend, and players are encouraged to book more than one session - you will receive a slip confirming your kills and current ride when you leave a session, and can pick right back up from there when you play again! 

All miniatures and record sheets are provided, just bring yourself and a friendly willingness to get stuck in to some heavy metal mayhem.

Please note whilst UK BattleTech events are suitable in content for  younger players, children must be accompanied by a guardian whilst playing.

You will also need a valid UKGE entry ticket to attend this event.

The Champion Grinder of each sitting will be decided on who makes the most kills the fastest, and take home an official CGL Battlemech painted miniature.
