BattleTech - Urby Derby

URBY DERBY 2026 

"Welcome 'Mech Combat Fans to the Steiner Arena for this Year's Beloved Urby Derby! Those lovable little tin cans with a kick are back in force this year, and the match officials tell me that there will be some unique tactical options this year. So roll on up, place your bets (with credited Solaris Officials obviously) and if you're brave enough, jump into one of these awesome little machines and test your mettle and luck!" 

This event is open for up to eight players. You should be familiar with the basics of BattleTech, but help will be available for newer players. Included is a bespoke card system which changes the battle from moment to moment and offers advantages and tactical options.

Each player will pilot an Urbanmech in the Steiner Arena with it's shifting walls and pillars, counting their kills and respawning for revenge when their mech is knocked out, in a fast paced free for all where no one is out the action for even a minute.

Please note whilst UK BattleTech events are suitable in content for  younger players, children must be accompanied by a guardian whilst playing.

You will also need a valid UKGE entry ticket to attend this event. 

The Arena Champion will be decided on who makes the most kills the fastest, and take home an official CGL Urbanmech miniature, painted in British Racing Green.
