Submitting your news.
We are interested in news stories of all hobby gaming related varieties. If you are a UKGE exhibitor, are running a convention, crowdfunding a project or have any interesting gaming related news then please submit your news to: marketing@ukgamesexpo.co.uk
There is usually a cost for this coverage for a news article of £50 +VAT or £250 +VAT for news and social media. But we do review each item, especially if the news is something which is support for other conventions, not making profit or a good cause. Please email us to discuss your news: marketing@ukgamesexpo.co.uk

Timings:
UKGE news stories run year round. We reserve the three months ahead of UK Games Expo for show sponsors and show marketing.
Format required for news:
- Maximum of 250 words
- Up to 5 images ideally landscape
- Each image to a maximum of less than 10Mbs (any format other than Tiff or PDF)
- Include any hashtags or handles for social media
- Include a website or link(s) where you'd like to direct readers
- Include any video links you'd like embedded.
Format for social media:
- An Instagram/Facebook image of 1200x1200 pixels
- Instagram/Facebook copy of approx. 100 words
- A Twitter image of 1200x675 pixels
- Twitter copy of no more than 280 characters including spaces, hashtags and handles
- Include any hashtags or handles for social media
- Include a website or link(s) where you'd like to direct readers
