Stone Fable is an independent designer and publisher dedicated to high-quality, story-driven tabletop experiences.
We are best known for the One For Sorrow series: a collection of folk and eldritch horror adventures for 5E including The Road to Thornborough, Whispers in the Mist, and The Malice Beneath. Each campaign is crafted with atmosphere and immersion at its core, featuring original soundtracks and fully voice-acted audio logs that bring the world to life beyond the printed page.
Story comes first in everything we create. We specialise in blending tabletop design with cinematic writing, music, and audio production to create experiences that feel cohesive, ambitious, and deeply atmospheric.
We are also the production team behind The Grimoire Diaries, a full-cast folk horror audio drama that reached #5 in Apple’s UK Fiction Podcast charts, as well as the creators of Bake Your Own Gingerbread Dungeon, our festive TTRPG-themed recipe book for gamers who like their dungeons with icing sugar.
