Rookling Heroes is a card-light, battling card game for 2-players, set in the world of the ENNIE award winning solo RPG ‘Colostle’! Players create a squad of 3 Rooklings and then draw energy from a shared energy deck to power their attacks and special abilities! Sometimes, the environment will be affected by these abilities and this will involve shuffling ‘Field Effects’ into the shared energy deck - maybe a patch of ice or a tunnel appears! Either player might draw these Field Effects, changing their strategies and forcing them to work around an ever-changing battlefield as they strive for victory with their Rooklings!
