In Brazil in the late 1800s and early 1900s large landowners called Coronéis were starving the north-east of the country in an extensive area that included the Sertão desert. In this climate of corruption and abuse, the Cangaceiros, bandits who violently opposed the status quo, were born.

Cangaceiros is a strategic competitive game for 2 to 5 players in which each player plays a gang that tries to survive in the hostile desert territories, hunted by the Volantes, the state police trained to kill them. Each band will have a chief to choose from the 20 available, each with its own unique abilities and characteristics.

The management of each 7 cards deck is fundamental, such as collecting resources, placing bandits to guard a region, attacking the Volantes, assaulting the prison of the city of Recife, convert the accumulated resources into fame, train their leader and recruit new members for the gang. Players win by accumulating fame points, obtained by attacking the Volantes, but also training their boss to solve his life goal and make him retire in glory. They also gain fame points in several other ways during the game. At the end of each game, the player with the most fame points wins.

The different chiefs, the initial setup of cards and resources, the events and life goals distributed randomly make each game profoundly different from the other, offering a high re-playability.

Upon the Giza plateau, the eminent architects of Ancient Egypt are summoned by the Pharaoh. The challenge transcends mere tomb construction; it encompasses the creation of engineering marvels — monuments destined for veneration, to elevate the Pharaoh's honor eternally towards the heavens. In Pyramidice, a game of dice and card combos, players compete to build the greatest Pyramid ever seen.

Taking the role of architects, two to four players are challenged to guide their workers through the planning, get the stone for the construction, and ask for help from the sacred cats and the power of the gods.

Pyramidice is based on original dice placement and set collection mechanics, in a contest where timing and skillful manipulation of opponents' tactics reign supreme. Playing fast, but with a deep gameplay, it’s an excellent introductory game for neophytes, but will also ensnare seasoned players in a suspenseful web that will capture them till the very end. Pyramidice also includes a Solo Mode - one player can challenge one of the Great Architects of Ancient Egypt: Snefru, Hemiunu, Amenhotep, or Imothep.

Pyramidice is designed by Luigi Ferrini (Ensemble, The Golden Ages) and developed by Ergo Ludo Editions, with English edition by Ares Games .

In June 1941, Germany invaded the Soviet Union, along with Finland, Romania, and other Axis nations. Germany was seeking another lightning victory, like those attained in Poland, France, and elsewhere: four years and millions of lives later, Soviet troops captured Berlin and forced German to surrender.

Quartermaster General: East Front™ is the first 2-player game using the popular Quartermaster General game system and depicts the deadly struggle between the Soviet Union and Germany. The game is played over 16 game rounds, each representing 3 months, starting in Summer 1941 and ending in Spring 1945. The game is won by accumulating Victory Points (VPs), most of which will be awarded for controlling geographical objectives during the four annual scoring rounds.

In Quartermaster General: East Front one player commands the Axis and the other the Allies (Soviets). The Axis has two factions, Germany, and Pact. The Pact represents the nations that fought alongside Germany in World War II - signatories of the Tri

East Front is a fast-playing card-driven game which provides an in-depth look at one of the major operational theaters of the World War 2, allowing players to recreate this historical conflict in less than 2 hours.

Kings of Middle–Earth™, the new expansion for War of the Ring™ Second Edition, introduces Sovereigns and Dark Chieftains. These two new types of Characters represent important personalities of Middle-earth with a vital role in the War of the Ring.

The Sovereigns of the Free Peoples were targeted by Sauron’s attempts to bend the will of the peoples opposing him - using the palantíri (the seeing stones), through emissaries, like Gríma, and possibly with other subtle and deceitful means. At the same time, it was crucial for the morale of the Free Peoples to rally around these charismatic figures - Brand, Dáin Ironfoot, Denethor, Théoden, and Thranduil - to fight against the Shadow. The new rules, miniatures, cards, and Action dice included in this expansion will allow the players to fully develop this conflict and represent the role of these characters in your WAR OF THE RING game.

This expansion also adds three new Characters, the Dark Chieftains, to the Shadow hosts. Unlike the Ringwraiths, who were fully controlled by the Rings of Power, these powerful leaders of the Shadow Armies had distinct personalities, but ultimately all were subject to the commands of Sauron or Saruman. One Dark Chieftain is included for each of the three Shadow Nations - the Black Serpent, the Shadow of Mirkwood, and Uglúk.

Inspired by the best-selling and award-winning War of the Ring board game, War of the Ring - The Card Game immerses players in the quest of The Lord of the Rings. The game allows them to explore their own version of the trilogy, using uniquely designed card decks representing the strengths and weaknesses of the peoples and characters who fought in the War of the Ring.

Against the Shadow, the first expansion for the game, enables players to experience the adventure alone or cooperatively. The player(s) control the Free Peoples, using the normal rules and cards included in the War of the Ring - The Card Game.

Automated players control the Shadow decks, which entirely replace the cards included in the core set and which are tailored for solo/cooperative play. In conjunction with a simple flowchart, the new Shadow decks provide a sophisticated challenge for one or two players.
