How do I know what I owe?

  • To access your orders, please log into your Exhibitor Portal. There, you will find a list of payments you have made along with any outstanding balance on your account.
  • Please note that if you have an unpaid balance with UKGE, your access pass will not be released. To avoid any stress leading up to the show or on setup day, ensure that you pay all your invoices on time and in full.
  • Keep in mind that late payments may not be properly matched to your account, as we will be dismantling the UKGE offices on the Tuesday of show week and will have limited access to our systems until Thursday morning.

How do I pay the balance?

  • Furniture and Power invoices can be settled by card payment via the portal.
  • Log into your portal and then click on orders, click on the order number, to reveal the Pay by Card button.
  • Follow the steps to make the payment.
  • Any other invoices must be paid by Bank Transfer.
    All our bank details are stated on your invoice.
