Access Passes

You will be provided with an Access Pass PDF via your Exhibitor Portal.

You can find the link on the left hand side.

Please download or print this and bring it with you. Ensure everyone entering has a copy of this pass.

The pass will be available about 2 weeks before the show. It will appear in the portal.

The PDF will tell you which access door to use when you arrive at the Halls via vehicle.

Otherwise present it at the front doors.

Present your access pass to NEC Security staff at the door, and they will provide you with Build Day Wristbands. These are for Build Day only and must be worn at all times.

On arrival please visit Exhibition Services in Hall 3 to collect all your Exhibitor Passes and your Carpark Passes.

Please note: during the build, you will be required to wear a Hi Vis jacket / waistcoat for safety.
