The Initial Build period on Thursday 28 May 2026 starts at 9:00 am and finishes at 9:00 pm During this period, all personnel in the exhibition halls for any reason must wear a hi-vis vest.

During the remainder of the build period and the restocking and Breakdown periods, all personnel loading or unloading vehicles must wear a hi-vis jacket or vest.
