Breakdown - Post Show

Once the show closes on Sunday, it is time to pack up and go home.

The breakdown period commences from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm, by which time everyone should have left the halls. If your breakdown is likely to take more than 2 hours, you should email Paul Laming to let us know.

The process for getting your vehicle into the hall for loading is identical to that for set up. Take your vehicle to the North 12 Lorry Park and wait to be released by the NEC staff.

The NEC are more likely to give the earliest access to cars, on the basis that they are likely to load and depart much more quickly, so please bear with them. They have years of experience in this area!

Please do not drive your vehicle to the hall before you're ready to load up your stand. To be fair to others, you should always break down as much as you can before retrieving your vehicle.

However, be aware that you should not start breaking down until the show has officially closed at 4 pm.
