The celebration by Arcanopolis' elven community of the centenary of their victory in the Kobold War is likely to be a tense affair. Not least because many of the city's kobold citizens maintain that it was their ancestors who won the War of the Elves. It's the task of the Peacekeepers to ensure that the tribute doesn't become a re-enactment.
