Felonious Little Plans

After the fiasco of the Sky Pirates a myriad of small-timer operators was left in the criminal underworld of Victorian Mars. Kathy Clemens, Mayor of Victoriana, has to be seen to be tackling the situation and as such has tasked her most trusted Sky Guard patrol to clean things up.

However, the denizens of the underworld do not seem minded to cooperate, and enjoy nothing more than giving the law the run-around.

A policeman’s lot is not a happy one.
