The Dusters of Withercote

Returning to Marlewich, your favourite haunt in the city, on your newly acquired airship, you’d planned to splash some cash and have a good time, but instead of welcoming faces you find a district up in arms. Sure, the stokers and dock workers have a hard life but they’d always made time for fun before, yet now it's all protest and parade. Someone's been agitating. 

You quickly pick up word of the travesty that is the treatment of the dusters in Withercote. Workers in neighbouring districts have always looked out for each other – as is good and proper – but this time the boiler of Marlewich has been stoked to bursting and various factions in the community are about to come to blows. 

If you want your good time, you're first going to have to bring the district back from the brink, chasing through alleys, chain fields and rooftops to find who’s been stoking Marlewich too hot. Some people will need persuaded to talk, others encouraged to leave town, and the good people will need to be shown a way back to peaceful living.
