Murder Most Foul! The Great Maskelyne, John Nevil Cooke, is dead…and not by accident.

Just one week ago, Cooke met a horrific end while performing his most infamous and dangerous stunt: the Occultorum Machina. It seemed like a tragic mishap at first—until his assistant, the Lovely Lulu, discovered a broken metal wand lodged in the machine’s gears and a threatening letter hidden in his dressing room.

Dismissed by the lead investigator, Lulu turns to an unlikely source for help: the audience.

Now, it’s up to you to uncover the truth behind Cooke’s death. But beware! What begins as a murder investigation may devolve into something far stranger…and far more deadly.

As witnesses to Cooke’s grisly demise, you’ll need every ounce of wit and courage to navigate a hidden world where spiritualism consorts with technology, and where a simple handshake could cost you your soul.
