Runnin’ Rum and Speakin’ Easy
Description
Fast Freddy, the owner of the heroes’ favorite speakeasy, Teddy’s Fruit Cellar, is caught in a rough spot. A pair of corrupt G-men are looking to give him the squeeze, a local mobster is trying to move in on him, some dangerously wealthy socialites are sniffing around, and the source of his best bathtub gin has disappeared. The heroes find themselves heading into the Fruit Cellar on a fateful night where he is so hard up on his luck, he looks to them for help.
The heroes will have to use all of their skills and limited resources to get Teddy out of his jam and save the Fruit Cellar from the threats levied against it. Is there something more sinister than Prohibition-era complications at stake here? Will the heroes, a bunch of seemingly normal Joes and Janes, be able to keep their favorite dive open while avoiding getting some unwanted wrist jewelry from some copper, or maybe even a lead snack from a made man? Only time will tell!
