Pactopolis is, at the same time, a competitive and collaborative game driven by one core mechanic: negotiation. Four sectors with asymmetric information, each producing different resources and pursuing individual goals, must collaborate whilst simultaneously ensuring the overall health and sustainability of the land.

There is one winner, but the quality of the victory is determined by different factors. Will you win big? Or will you win smart? Every round, you must negotiate and strike deals to build new infrastructure and develop the land. Push too hard for personal gain and you risk limiting your own growth. If one sector collapses, the city collapses, and everyone suffers. If environment collapses, everyone suffers too. Balance economics with ecology – replant forests, restore bodies of water, and conserve biodiversity while building your economic engine. Pactopolis delivers intense table talk, meaningful trade-offs, and high replayability for players who love interaction-driven games.
