Wickford Board Game Club

Welcome to Wickford Board Game Club!

We are an adults only (18+) group that has been established for over a decade, and are proud to represent gamers from all walks of life.  We meet regularly every Friday at South Hanningfield Village Hall, Chelmsford, to share our passion for board games.  We also host the odd all-day event (mainly around bank holiday weekends), and are actively looking into options on hosting events to coincide with our regular board gaming such as monthly Blood On The Clocktower sessions, one-shot RPGs, and more.

First event is FREE for new attendees.  Each subsequent event attended is then charged at £5 per person, per night, up to a maximum of £30 over a 6-month period.  This goes directly towards helping cover the hall hire fees.  We believe this provides excellent value for money, particularly for those attending weekly/fortnightly.  We are actively exploring options to reduce these costs for all.

Refreshments such as tea & coffee are provided for attendees, and members have full access to the onsite kitchen and cooking facilities.  Parking is available on-site, we would always encourage car sharing where possible.
