Nathaniel Croad is a despicable human being. The worst kind of slum landlord, preying on the desperate - asylum seekers, the undocumented, those fleeing abuse - trapping them into drug addiction and prostitution, and extorting them for every last dollar.   

The City writhes in anger at this injustice… this foul treatment of its people. As it sleeps, its anger spills out and its Nightmares take form, sent to hunt down the evil landlord, Croad.
