This year the series of seminars at UK Games Expo involve some of the best and most experienced designers and executives in the gaming industry, not to mention some of the most influential. Coming from a wide range of companies and gaming markets, our panellists will share their knowledge about gaming, the games industry and give us their insight about the trending markets and the future of the industry.

Renowned and prolific Dr. Reiner Knizia will join Dr. Quentin Cooper to discuss the science behind gaming, while Matt Leacock, the mind behind Pandemic and Forbidden Island will share his knowledge about the process behind some of the most successful cooperative games ever sold. CEO of Fantasy Flight, Christian Petersen joined by Loren Roznai from Mayfair Games and Justin Ziran from Wizzkids will give an insight on the ins and outs of running some of the most influential companies and answer questions from the public. Gaming legends Ian Livingstone and Steve Jackson will take us on a trip down memory lane to the early days of the industry. Monte Cook, co writter of 3rd edition D+D and now creator of the Numenera world and game system talks about creating new worlds. For a change of pace, Chris Barrie whose character, Arnold Rimmer is familiar to all Red Dwarf Fans answsers your 'smegging' questions.

All this is just a glimpse of what we have in store. With quizzes, practical advice on game design, roleplaying games tips and tricks, Kickstarter campaign running hints and much more to offer, this year there's a panel you will learn a lot from.
