Spectacular Goat's Menu
Keeping the menu simple again this year;
We start by proving our sourdough for 72 hours, which gives it great flavour and makes it much more digestible for your body. We hand stretch the base to a 12" pizza, this ensures you get a good crust that puffs up in the oven. We add our secret recipe tomato sauce and a variety of toppings plus fior di latte mozzarella, all designed to give you great flavour. Then we cook it on the floor of a wood fired oven at 400c for 90 seconds until it is perfectly cooked. Then it is yours to enjoy.
In order to keep up with demand, this year we'll have two ovens on the go!
