UK Games Expo 2009 is now less than 6 months away – and 2009’s show is already bigger and better than ever! We’re counting down the days until we can bring you more demo games, more tournaments and more role-playing sessions than ever before.
2009 will also see The Clarendon Suites welcome a brand new selection of the UK’s leading costume groups, loads of new traders and the welcome return of the amazing “Living Dungeon” all at UK Games Expo 2009.
And while your diary is open, why not pencil in Friday 5th as well? That’s because the Tournaments and Open Gaming Area for Board-gamers as well as the Roleplay Sessions at the Strathallan now start even earlier at noon on Friday 5th!
2009 will be a bumper year for all Board gamers as we host the largest UK board games event! Some of the biggest names in the industry (including Warfrog and Reiver Games) unveil their latest releases exclusively at the show. We also have a MONSTER board game tournament and for fans of of the worlds leading game designer Reiner Knizia we have a real treat - a full day "Knizathon" Tournament where contestants get to play all his greatest games! UK Games Expo is also now one of the biggest dates in the Roleplaying calendar, with a selection to the hottest games including Living Forgotten Realms and Pathfinder, and a special pre-release event for the hotly anticipated 4th Edition Eberron source book. 2009 also sees a new“winner takes all” D&D Tournament – so you could walk away with the ultimate prize! 2009 looks like being a great year for Miniature Wargamers with all the latest rules, supplements and figure ranges on offer at Games Expo 2009.
