Exhibiting at UK Games Expo
UK Games Expo (UKGE) is the largest Hobby Games Convention in the UK - where all aspects of the gaming hobby are represented under one roof.
In 2027, it will be held from 4th June to 6th June, with an exhibitor setup day on Thursday 3rd June. It will be held in the UK's largest convention centre, The National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham and the Hilton Hotel. The show will be held in Halls 1, 2, 3, 3a and 4.
Bookings for 2027 will open in October.

Art, craft, food, clothing and other vendors
UK Games Expo is primarily a tabletop games convention. We only accept a certain number of craft, art, memorabilia, collectibles, food and beverage and other accessories vendors. Exhibtors with a history with the show are given pririty over new exhibitors. If you are this type of exhibitor you may be placed on waiting list whislt we process the rest of the stand requests. This means you may not receive notification until after Christmas.
