There are two board game events at UK Games Expo.
David Norman is running his Grand Board Games Tournament
and Barry Ingram a Memoir 44 and Command and Colours Ancients TournamentGrand Board Game Tournament
This year the Grand Board Game Tournament run by David Norman is back. All thes eevents are OPEN events - anyone can enter and play. Bookings sytem coming soon.
Top prize is £100 worth of games.
Each tournament has prizes.
The UK Carcassonne Championship is a qualifier to enter the world Championship in Essen in October. £100 of your travel fees are provided by UK Games Expo
The Agricola Championship is sponsored by Board Game Extra.
The UK Settlers of Catan Championship is sponsored by Heron Games. The UK Settlers Championship is a qualifier to enter the world Championship in USA in 2012 (our 2012 winner will also qualify). £250 of your travel costs are provided by Heron Games. An additional £100 of your travel fees are provided by UK Games Expo. Mayfair Games will be providing accomodation during the event.
